Servings: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz) Fish fillets (salmon, pickerel, tilapia or other type)
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 package of whipped cream cheese
  • 4 or more minced garlic
  • 1/2 small diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh or dried dill (as desired)
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt-free seasoning mix (optional)
  • Drops of hot sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients of the dilly sauce well to make a paste.
  3. Line baking pan with tin foil, set fish in and spread above dilly sauce evenly over fish.
  4. Cover fish with more tin foil and bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Meal suggestion: serve with rice, boiled green beans and a tossed salad for a delicious dinner.
