Makes: 4 servings Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cubed 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
½ cup red onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon paprika
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (or parchment paper) and set
- Combine spices in a small
- Place the chicken and veggies in the baking sheet. Sprinkle all the spices and garlic evenly over the chicken and veggies. Drizzle with olive
