The Kidney Foundation of Canada Manitoba Branch is hosting a Patient Education Symposium on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at The Norwood Hotel. Advance registration is required. The symposium is free for renal patients, their families and caregivers, and health-care professionals.
It runs from 9 am until 2:30 pm with a free renal friendly lunch served to advance registrants.
