Serves 8 (1 portion=3/4 cup)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 medium apple
  • ½ cup red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • ¼ cup walnuts (optional)

Directions

Wash, trim and cut broccoli florets into small bite size pieces.

Dice unpeeled apple into small bite size pieces. Chop fresh parsley.

In a large bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and parsley.

Add the remaining ingredients and coat with yogurt mixture

Chill in refrigerate and let the flavors combine for ½ hour to 1 hour.

Stir before serving.
