Congratulations to Caleb Saulteaux who ran from his home community of Birdtail Sioux First Nation to the Brandon Regional Health Centre to raise awareness of diabetes and dialysis. Caleb’s grandmother has been on dialysis for twenty years. Caleb says that many in his community require dialysis due to kidney failure. Caleb completed his run on September 21 and took just over a day to do the journey. Caleb also did a similar run earlier this past summer. Thanks Caleb for your hard work to raise awareness!
