Directions
1. Place ribs on broiler rack. Boil until brown. Turn to brown on the other side.
2. Pour off dripping and rinse ribs under warm water.
3. Mix sugar, flour, mustard and cloves in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thick.
5. Pour over ribs in a casserole dish. Cover.
6. Bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 1 hour, uncover for the last 15 to 20 minutes.
