Servings: Makes 15 servings (1 serving = 30 ml or 2 tablespoons)

Directions
1. Soften cream cheese for 30 seconds in microwave.
2. Place crushed pineapple in a colander to drain. Press with a spoon to remove as much liquid as possible.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, finely chopped green pepper and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
4. Spoon mixture on to a large piece of waxed paper and shape into a ball. Wrap the mixture in the waxed paper.
5. Place in refrigerator and chill at least three hours or over night.
6. Once cold, unwrap and roll in the chopped walnuts.
7. Serve with crackers. Check the ingredient list of the crackers. Avoid ones with phosphate additives.
