Join us for the 2012 Manitoba Renal Program Patient Conference for information related to living with kidney disease. This year’s conference features keynote speaker Elijah Harper as well as five sessions including kidney friendly cooking, information about phosphate additives in foods and much more! The conference runs from 10:30 am until 2:30 pm with on-site registration taking place between 10 and 10:30 am. The conference is free to patients, their families and caregivers.
