Ingredients:
1 540mL can No Salt Added Chickpeas
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning – any flavor
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425oF
- Drain and rinse chickpeas
- Thoroughly dry chickpeas with paper towels
- In a bowl combine chickpeas, olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Evenly spread out the chickpeas
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and then give them a shake before baking them for another 10-15 minutes
- Let them cool and enjoy!
Enjoy these as a snack on their own or top off your salads with them. To keep fresh, store in an airtight container. Best consumed within 4-5 days.
