A bowl of roasted chickpeas.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 540mL can No Salt Added Chickpeas

1 tbsp Olive oil

2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning – any flavor

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425oF
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas
  3. Thoroughly dry chickpeas with paper towels
  4. In a bowl combine chickpeas, olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Evenly spread out the chickpeas
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and then give them a shake before baking them for another 10-15 minutes
  8. Let them cool and enjoy!

Enjoy these as a snack on their own or top off your salads with them. To keep fresh, store in an airtight container. Best consumed within 4-5 days.
