Ingredients:
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- Cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 dash of pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place fillets in prepared baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top.
- Sprinkle fillets with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart, about 30 minutes.
Suggested Pairing: serve with rice or quinoa and broccoli or green beans.
