Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 dash of pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place fillets in prepared baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top.
  3. Sprinkle fillets with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart, about 30 minutes.

Suggested Pairing: serve with rice or quinoa and broccoli or green beans.
