Portions: 16 (1 portion 3/4 cup)
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 pounds red seedless grapes (5 cups)
- 2 pounds green seedless grapes (5 cups)
- Optional Topping: 6 tablespoons brown sugar and ½ cup walnuts or pecans
Directions
- In a large bowl add softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated white sugar and vanilla. Mix together using hand mixer until smooth.
- Carefully mix in the grapes and toss until evenly coated.
- If using topping, in a small bowl mix together nuts and brown sugar and sprinkle on top of the grapes.
- Cover and chill for at least one hour before eating.
