Portions: 16 (1 portion 3/4 cup)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes (5 cups)
  • 2 pounds green seedless grapes (5 cups)
  • Optional Topping: 6 tablespoons brown sugar and ½ cup walnuts or pecans

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated white sugar and vanilla.  Mix together using hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Carefully mix in the grapes and toss until evenly coated.
  3. If using topping, in a small bowl mix together nuts and brown sugar and sprinkle on top of the grapes.
  4. Cover and chill for at least one hour before eating.
