Electronic Kidney Health Record

The electronic Kidney Health System (eKHR) is an information system for managing renal patients in Winnipeg dialysis units.

eKHR can be launched using the Citrix Workspace Station

The system is utilized to track demographic information, dialysis status, medications, scheduling, vascular access and comorbidities. Unit clerks, CRNs and Charge Nurses receive training in order to learn how to access and work within the eKHR system. Other members of the care team may access or use information generated from the eKHR.
